Brighton and Hove then and now in James Gray’s photographs

20th February 2019 at 6:30 pm

£8

Work has been gathering momentum with over 70 volunteers working over recent months on a new website for our historic images based on the James Gray Collection.

This evening we shall hear from Chris Horlock, photographer, author, photographic collector, local historian and close collaborator with James Gray about some of the images in the James Gray Collection, and his work alongside James Gray.

There will also be a short presentation about the progress of the project to create the new website from Mary McKean.

A brief and not too challenging quiz about some of the images will follow!

The ticket price includes a glass of wine and free parking.

This event is open to everyone - admission is by advance reservation.

Volunteers working on the JGC new website project should contact the project leadership team here to obtain their tickets.
