Gift Aid

The Regency Society can reclaim basic rate tax paid for the current tax year on your subscription provided you agree and are a tax payer. Your postal address must be included above to identify you as a current UK tax payer.

Please notify the Regency Society if you want to cancel this declaration, or if you change your name or postal address or no longer pay sufficient tax on your income or capital gains.

If you pay Income Tax at the higher or additional rate you are personally entitled to receive the additional relief on your subscription. To claim this relief you must include all your Gift Aid donations on your Self-Assessment tax return or ask HM Revenue and Customs to adjust your tax code.
